Description

In 1928 IMS exec and WW1 Ace Eddie Rickenbacker developed a formula designed to attract entries and lower cost, the semi-stock 'Junk Formula'. Cars had a driver and riding mechanic who would help the driver as an in-car spotter.

Hudson had been at Indy before, and this car is part of a line of Hudson racing involvement at Indy and NASCAR.
