What a catch! Wayne Carini brought this in to compete with, and it broke, so it was sitting there for someone like me to photograph.
John Tojeiro was a race car designer and engineer in the UK who created some very innovative race cars. I don't know the actual designation of the car.
And no, folks, this is NOT a Jaguar. I'll show you a close-up of the wheel with "Tojeiro" in BIG letters if you don't believe me.
Updated: A little guessing and googling on my part got the designation correct. My guess that it may NOT be a Jaguar engine was correct.
