1968 Maserati Mexico Coupe by Vignale

For some reason, I really like this car. I'd love to have this for one of my West Virginia forays. I know I could drive this quickly, enjoyably, and make the trip fun and not an act of sheer drudgery.

This is just one of 485 Mexicos built from 1966 to 1973 and one of 175 that has the Maserati 4.7 Liter/290HP V-8. Based on the Maserati 5000GT, the car got its name after a Mexican owner wrecked his 5000GT and sent it back to Italy for repair. The Mexico was also the first Maserati to have power disc brakes on all four wheels. A classic example of a European Grand Touring car.
