M42 Duster

was kind enough to ask if I had any more military vehicle pics in my archives, and I found this one. I also know likes to have stock for military vehicles, so here's the Pennsylvania Military Museum's Duster, or technically the M42 40 mm Self-Propelled Anti-Aircraft Gun. It has two 40mm M2A1 Bofors cannon each capable of 120 rounds per minute, and was originally designated for anti-aircraft duty but was found to be very useful in the Vietnam conflict. Dusters served with several nations, and was used by the active US Army from 1953 to 1971, and in the Army National Guard until 1988.

I apologize for the glint and the shadow on the vehicle, I was just starting to really figure out what the heck I was doing with my camera in 2011, and I think I've gotten a lot better since this was taken.
